The quality of Gorgonzola Igor lies not only in its delicious taste, but also
in the company’s constant commitment to making its production
process sustainable along the entire supply chain.
Our operative method pursues the ideal of being a reality
with a positive impact, developed through different actions which involved
the three areas of the supply chain, summarised in the acronym 3P:
Product, Production and Packaging.
