QUATTROROSE is a Super Premium Gorgonzola, produced according to the original recipe of the historic Santi company and with artisan method in the PAL cheese factory, owned by the Igor Group and located in Prato Sesia, at the foothills of Monte Rosa.
Here skilled cheesemakers use everyday fresh and highly selected milk coming only from certified animal welfare farms located in the province of Novara, where the fodders from permanent meadows guarantee a higher-quality milk, particularly suitable to produce this Italian excellence.
All these elements aim at the high quality and the exclusive flavor of Gorgonzola QUATTROROSE: the first Gorgonzola certified to animal welfare in dairy cattle.
