To begin, take one or more slices of rye bread, cut them not too thick (about 1 cm) and with the larger cutter make two hearts, one will be the base while the other will be cut in the center using the smaller cutter, so as to form the heart-shaped frame.
Now, place a generous layer of Gorgonzola al Cucchiaio Gran Riserva Leonardi IGOR on the filled heart.
Place the open heart on top of the Gorgonzola layer.
Gently cut the salmon and roll it up to form a small rose.
Decorate inside the heart-shaped frame with salmon and edible flowers.
