To prepare the zucchini stuffed with Igor’s Dolce Gorgonzola and diced cooked ham, first wash the zucchini, cut them in half lengthwise, and scoop out the pulp using a teaspoon. Blanch them for 5 minutes.
In a non-stick pan, cook the onion and the chopped courgette pulp with a little extra virgin olive oil, season with salt to taste and add a little water to soften.
Arrange the courgettes on a baking tray with extra virgin olive oil and stuff them with the previously prepared vegetables, add plenty of Gorgonzola Dolce Igor, diced cooked ham, thyme and the herb-flavoured breadcrumbs crumble, salt and pepper to taste.
Bake the courgettes at 180°C in a preheated fan oven for 10 minutes.
