Cut two discs from the panettone and toast them in a pan. Spoon the Dolce Gran Riserva Leonardi gorgonzola and spread it on the base. Meanwhile, sauté the turnip tops with garlic, oil, chili pepper, and a pinch of salt. Place them on the gorgonzola and add a few more spoonfuls. We slice the grilled ham and fill the sandwich. Add the dried tomatoes and cover with the other layer of panettone. We cut it into 4 and voilà.
