Wash and slice the pears into wedges and remove the central core. Cut the Igor Spicy Gorgonzola into cubes. Compose the skewers by placing a slice of speck, a cube of Igor Spicy Gorgonzola and a walnut kernel on each slice of pear.
Secure everything with a long skewer. Add a few drops of honey and a few leaves of thyme.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
