Leonardi Gorgonzola Gran Riserva by the spoon is a line of premium Gorgonzola, produced exclusively in Igor’s artisan dairies, according to the ancient dairy tradition, using only milk from selected farms in the Novara area, certified 100% animal welfare on the farm, according to the ClassyFarm standard. A product of excellence that stands out for its sweet taste and rich in nuances and for its extraordinary creaminess that makes it perfect to be enjoyed with a spoon.
The award ceremony took place at the Allianz MiCo Agora – Fieramilanocity on Monday 6 November at 3.00 pm. A great satisfaction for IGOR which wins this prestigious award for the second consecutive year, which follows the important “Targa d’eccellenza” award for the Gran Riserva Leonardi al spoon, received in September during the Infiniti Blu 2023 competition.
