Appearance: wrinkled rind of a more or less intense pink colour, not edible; the paste is straw white in color with typical blue-greenish veins (marbling).
To the touch: the texture of the paste is soft and creamy.
Smell: pleasant and appetizing.
Taste: sweet, not very pronounced.
