The tenth edition of the CaseoArt dairy competition named after San Lucio was held on Saturday 18 March 2023. The trophy was presented by the Asso Casearia Pandino, the Association of graduates of the Pandino Dairy School, at the premises of the School in the presence of important technical sponsors and numerous producers, as well as the ONAF juries and dairy technicians, responsible for a careful and accurate evaluation of the cheeses.
The purpose of CaseoArt is to promote the sensory quality of cheeses and enhance the contribution of human resources, thus giving particular importance to the winning cheesemakers in each category, who every day are committed to transforming the milk raw material into excellence in the art of dairy.
It is with great pride that Igor Gorgonzola can boast his official classification in three categories of the competition, in particular:
Bronze medal for Gorgonzola PDO Gran Riserva Leonardi Igor.

The official award ceremony took place on Monday 1 May, in the loggia of the Visconti Castle of Pandino, in the presence of the sponsors and the public.
On this occasion, Igor Gorgonzola wanted to make his contribution, rewarding through a scholarship, a particularly deserving student of the Pandino dairy school, an initiative of the Asso Casearia that aims to gratify young people who decide to become passionate about studies in the dairy sector.
