on the wraps, and cover everything with slices of smoked salmon.
Add the lettuce and roll to form a cylinder. Wrap in plastic wrap and let it rest, if you want you can also put the roll in the fridge for an hour.
To prepare the swivel tree, slice the piadina roll into slices about 3/4 cm high and arrange on a plate creating a sort of pyramid.
Decorate with red caviar.
