To prepare Igor’s mini fig and sweet Gorgonzola burgers, start by slicing the figs into half-centimeter thick slices.
In a saucepan, melt some brown sugar with some balsamic vinegar, add the fig slices, caramelizing them on both sides.
Heat the two halves of the mini buns in a very hot pan, in another pan heat two tablespoons of oil, place the mini beef burgers and cook them, browning them well on both sides.
Start by assembling the miniburger with some lamb’s lettuce, the mini beef burger, a generous helping of Igor’s Gorgonzola Dolce, and a slice of caramelized fig.
Close the buns and prepare the other mini-burgers.
