For the
béchamel sauce 1. in a saucepan bring the milk
to a boil 2. in the meantime in another saucepan melt the butter. once melted add the flour and stir until we see bubbles
3. when the mixture begins to foam, pour it into the hot milk, stirring gently
4. season with salt and nutmeg and cook, stirring constantly for a few minutes until we get the right consistency.
5. Once ready, set it aside and let it cool.
For the lasagna
1. start with the broccoli, clean it and cook it in boiling
water 2. once ready, move it to a mixer and mix to obtain a delicious
cream 3. once the cream is obtained, add it to the béchamel sauce set aside and mix
4. now we start to form our lasagna, take a baking sheet and pour a little cream and a few flakes of butter at the base.
