Club Sandwich with Spicy Gorgonzola pain d’épices

Preparation

Dissolve 500 g of honey in 50 ml of boiling milk. In a bowl, mix the flour with the vanillin sachet, a pinch of salt, a teaspoon of cinnamon, a teaspoon of ginger, 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg, 1/2 teaspoon of cloves powder and the honey dissolved in milk, mixing until you get a homogeneous dough. Add the baking powder and pour the dough into a mold lined with baking paper. Bake the dough in the oven for about 50 minutes at 160° C. Once cooked, remove it from the oven and let it rest. Cut the pain d’épices into squares and heat them slightly in a pan, cut the Igor Spicy Gorgonzola into squares slightly smaller than those of bread.

Starting from a square of bread, alternate the squares of bread with those of Gorgonzola, 4 times. On top of the last square of Gorgonzola, add chopped walnuts and raisins and secure the tower with a skewer.
