To start, take an avocado, cut it in half and remove the stone with a knife.
Now, cook the bacon in a pan and in the meantime fill the cavities (of both halves of the avocado) with the Gorgonzola Gran Riserva Leonardi IGOR.
When the bacon is golden brown, sprinkle it over the Gorgonzola.
Plate and decorate with chives and bread croutons.
