To prepare the gorgonzola cream with pears and pistachios, start by whipping 150 g of cream. Heat the rest of the cream until almost boiling, remove it from the heat. Cut the Gorgonzola Dolce Igor into cubes and blend it with the hot cream, let it cool.
Gently incorporate the whipped cream into the mixture to obtain a foam.
Cut the Igor Spicy Gorgonzola into cubes, as well as the pear.
Serve the cream in a glass or cup and garnish it with pieces of pear, spicy Gorgonzola and honey.
Finally, sprinkle everything with chopped pistachios.
