Roll out the pizza dough, place it in a round pan and brush it with a little oil.
Cut the Williams pear into thin slices and cook it in a pan with the sugar for 5 minutes.
Bake the pizza base for 15 minutes at 190°.
Remove the pan and fill with the diced sweet gorgonzola.
Put it back in the oven until the gorgonzola has melted.
Finally, add the cooked pear slices and the diced spicy gorgonzola, drizzle with oil, and bake for another 2 minutes.
Garnish with fresh thyme leaves and a few drops of honey.
