Roll out a roll of puff pastry and prick it with the prongs of a
fork, spread some Gorgonzola Dolce Igor on the puff pastry.
Cut the seeds of a red apple in half and arrange them on the Gorgonzola
Sweet, fold the edges of the savory pie inwards and
brush them with egg and sprinkle the edge with chopped
pistachio.
Bake for about 30 minutes at 200 degrees in a preheated static oven. Once out of the oven, fill everything with sliced pancetta, grapes, and chopped pistachios.
