During the first days of December, the 77th edition of the International Dairy Cattle Show was held in Cremona and Igor is proud to announce that one of its milk suppliers from Verbano-Cusio-Ossola, exactly the Tjr Portea farm of Tommaso and Riccardo Bianchi, has distinguished itself within the well-known livestock competition thanks to its splendid Jersey cattle. The titles won by the Piedmontese cows are those of “Champion” and “Best Udder” of the Jersey class, also achieving the crown as “Absolute Champion” of the 2022 edition at the end of the event.
And as a beautiful family tradition, Anna, the owner’s young daughter, was also able to compete with a brown calf from her own stable, then winning the “Second Place” within the category in which she participated.
For Igor Gorgonzola it is a real honour to be able to boast milk suppliers who have farms of the highest order, so much so that they have won national and international awards.
We congratulate again Mr. Tommaso and Riccardo Bianchi of the Tjr Portea company in the VCO for their fabulous and winning cows!
