Today, Tuesday 3 December, the donation ceremony to the Medical Oncology Facility of the AOU of Novara of the “Scalp Cooling” equipment, promoted by LILT Novara, was held at the Aula Magna UPO in Palazzo Bellini.
Thanks to the support of Igor Gorgonzola, through the fund set up at the Novarese Community Foundation, it was possible to contribute to the purchase of this innovative machine. The system is designed to improve the quality of life of patients undergoing chemotherapy, reducing the risk of hair loss.
The event, representing IGOR, was attended by our President Maurizio Leonardi who reiterated the importance of supporting initiatives that have a direct impact on the well-being of the community.
