Cut off the tops of the figs and then, using a sharp knife, score a cross on the surface, without touching the bottom. Insert a cube of soft Gorgonzola Dolce Igor inside each fig. If desired, you can heat in the oven for a minute to slightly melt the Gorgonzola.
Arrange the figs on a serving platter, garnish with walnut pieces, and drizzle generously with acacia honey. Serve immediately!
