1 teaspoon of grounded walnuts
Gorgonzola cream
2 teaspoons of sweet gorgonzola
2 teaspoons of ricotta

Preparation

Prepare the Gorgonzola cream by adding the ricotta to the sweet Gorgonzola.
Crumble the crackers into a small glass (bicchierino) and add up the Gorgonzola cream.
Top the cream with a teaspoon of pear jelly.
Garnish with a sprinkle of grounded walnuts and serve with a pastry fork.
