Prepare the Gorgonzola cream by adding the ricotta to the sweet gorgonzola.
Crumble the crackers into a small glass (bicchierino) and add up the gorgonzola cream.
Top the cream with a teaspoon of pear jelly.
Garnish with a sprinkle of grounded walnuts and serve with a pastry fork.
